Paccard Tomme de Savoie Fermiere is a traditional, semi-hard French cheese from the Savoie region of the French Alps, made from raw cow's milk at a single farm, as indicated by "Fermiere". Joseph Paccard is an artisan affineur (cheese ager) who matures these cheeses in his aging cellars to a peak ripeness, resulting in a rustic, natural rind and a supple, ivory-colored interior. The cheese has earthy, nutty, and grassy flavors and is aged for approximately two to four months.
