Domenico's Cheese agnolotti is a small, folded Piedmontese pasta, similar to ravioli, made from egg pasta dough, it is filled with a delicate blend of locally made fresh ricotta, imported Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano give our tortellini the perfect flavor. These savory, delicate "pillows" are formed by pinching the dough, creating a pocket for the filling. They are frequently served with butter and sage or simple sauces.
