Bittarelli Roveja Al Naturale is a, pre-cooked, jarred, organic, small, wild pea (Pisum arvense) grown in the Sibillini Mountains in the Umbria-Marche region of Italy produced by the Agricola Bittarelli farm near Lake Trasimeno. They are a "slow food" heirloom variety, known for their distinct, complex, earth-toned colors and deep, intense flavor.
