This summer we're headed to the Amalfi Coast. Lemon in just about everything, fresh mozzarella, and maybe some Calabrian heat.
Each box is hand-selected by Dom, the same way he picks for the counter in Beverly Hills. This season that means buffalo mozzarella from Campania, our own fresh fettuccine with a lemon alfredo to match, De Carlo's semi-dried cherry tomatoes in olive oil from Puglia, a four-year aceto balsamico di Modena, and a block of Jean-Yves Bordier's lemon olive oil butter from Saint-Malo that is essentially sunshine on bread. Every item earns its place. No two seasons are ever the same.
The Summer Box ships mid-August, packed cold to your door, anywhere in the lower 48. Spring sold out. Come grab summer before it does the same.
