Graffeo "Half and Half" coffee is a signature blend from Colombia, Costa Rica Tarrazu, and Papua New Guinea regions that is a mix of dark and light roast beans.  It is designed to provide a lighter caffeine option while still being a full-bodied coffee blend.  Graffeo uses a low-temperature fluid bed roasting method, which uses heated air to roast beans evenly and consistently, resulting in a full-bodied flavor that is smooth and never bitter.  These are whole beans not ground.
