Agnolotti is a type of stuffed pasta originating from the Piedmont region of Italy, specifically the Langhe region. It's characterized by its small, pillow-like shape, filled with a mixture of meat, vegetables, or cheese.

We use Grade 1A Italian Porcini mushrooms, the best Italy has to offer. You can get very creative with sauces or stay simple with butter, freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cracked black pepper.
